Christina Rhodes is a native San Diegan who grew up in La Mesa and El Cajon. After graduating from Grossmont High School, she knew right away she wanted to pursue a career in Real Estate.
She obtained her Real Estate license in 2004, and immediately began working with a Property Management Company here in San Diego. With this company, Christina built a solid foundation in Real Estate and Property Management.
Christina met her husband, Joshua Rhodes, in 2010 and they were married in 2014. They purchased their first home together in Lemon Grove in 2013 and immediately fell in love with the very tight knit city. All the family owned businesses in the area were incredibly inspiring. Christina and Josh had their first child in 2015, and their second son in 2017, James and Jacy.
Christina also has a passion for helping families who have had to endure difficulties in becoming parents. She has stepped up as and advocate for families with infertility issues.
In 2019 Christina had made the decision it was time to branch out on her own and start her own Real Estate company. Amid carrying twins, caring for her own family and after procuring her brokers license, Christina founded Rhodeway Realty, Inc. It was time to make her long time dream a reality, and with her now 16 years of experience and passion for helping others achieve their own serenity, this was a natural transition. She continues to lead families and individuals down the right path to best serve their futures, and welcomes you become the next.

Joshua Rhodes is a native San Diegan who grew up in Chula Vista. He comes from a family deeply rooted in the communities of Law Enforcement and child care. He spent a lot of time as a child hanging out in his Grandfather’s Auto Shop where he was always taught that anything worth doing, was worth doing right the first time. There is no room for cutting corners to get the job done now.
After Graduating from Hilltop High School, Josh spent some time at community college and then on to SDSU. After a couple years he realized that his passion was to be outdoors and working with his hands like his Father and Grandfather had shown him when he was a kid. Joshua made the decision to become a commercial Electrician and spent the next 5 years working as an apprentice and attending classes through the IBEW to become a Union Electrician for the Local 569. He went on to graduate in 2008 and has been working for Dynalectric as a Journeyman, Foreman, and now General Foreman.
Joshua and Christina met in 2010 and were married in 2014. They purchased their first home in Lemon Grove in 2013 and were inspired by the amazing community of family owned small businesses in the area. The tight knit city is so helpful to one another and he was eager to join in and help this community strive.
Josh had spent the last 9 years shadowing Christina in her Real Estate career and had found that he loved it as much as he did working as and Electrician. Once Christina got her Brokers license, Josh set out and obtained his Real Estate license to proudly join his wife Christina and the family company. He is now a priceless commodity to their clients, being able to not only provide service as a Real Estate agent, but to be able to see deep into the construction of properties and provide insight to their true condition.
